Welcome to Slayed Edges & Co. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, slayededges.com, and purchases or bookings made through our website.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under Australian law.

Our website provides information about Slayed Edges & Co., including our hairstyling services, haircare products, educational masterclasses and other offerings.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not engage in activities that may damage, disrupt or interfere with its operation.

We endeavour to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, information, pricing and availability may change from time to time.

2. Products and Purchases

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

Product descriptions, images and pricing are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed before an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to contact customers regarding order issues, including unavailable stock or payment discrepancies.

Any applicable delivery costs and arrangements will be communicated during checkout.

3. Hairstyling Services

Hairstyling services are subject to appointment availability and any booking requirements communicated at the time of reservation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their appointment, including any hair or scalp concerns that may affect the service.

Service-specific booking, deposit, cancellation and rescheduling conditions will be communicated during the booking process.

4. Masterclasses and Events

Slayed Edges & Co. may offer educational masterclasses, workshops and other events, including Braids & Beyond: Caring for Little Curls.

For Braids & Beyond:

Each ticket admits one attendee to the scheduled masterclass.
The masterclass will take place on Saturday, 7 November 2026, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in Docklands, Melbourne.
The exact venue address will be communicated to registered attendees before the event.
Tickets must be paid for in full to secure a place.
No previous hairstyling experience is required.
Training mannequins, stands and practical equipment will be provided for use during the session.
Attendees will receive the advertised take-home products, styling tools and educational resources.
The masterclass is designed for parents and caregivers to attend independently. Anyone needing to bring a child should contact us beforehand to discuss arrangements.

Attendees are expected to follow reasonable instructions regarding the safe use of equipment and products.

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the event programme where necessary, without materially reducing the advertised experience.

5. Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

Refunds, cancellations and transfers are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website and at checkout.

For Braids & Beyond, cancellations made at least 14 days before the masterclass are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable for change of mind. Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice so attendee details can be updated.

If Slayed Edges & Co. cancels the masterclass, a full refund will be provided.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Photography and Filming

Photography and filming may take place during our masterclasses or events for educational and promotional purposes.

Attendees will be informed where photography or filming is planned and may request not to be identifiable in promotional content.

We will respect these requests and will not knowingly publish identifiable promotional images of attendees who have opted out.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original content on slayededges.com, including photographs, written materials, educational resources, graphics, branding and website designs, belongs to Slayed Edges & Co. or its respective licensors.

Our masterclass booklets, teaching materials and other educational resources are provided for personal learning and reference.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or commercially use our original content or educational materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and use personal information to process purchases, manage bookings, communicate important information and provide our services.

Our handling of personal information is explained in our separate Privacy Policy.

By making a booking or purchase, you acknowledge that we will need to use the contact details you provide to fulfil your order or booking.
