Thank you for shopping with Slayed Edges. We take pride in offering high-quality hair accessories and products designed to protect, style, and maintain your hair. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind or Incorrect Choice

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or wrong item chosen once the product has been opened or used.

If your item is still unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in checking all products before dispatch, but if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

Once approved, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You do not need to return damaged items unless specifically requested.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used durags, bonnets, or brushes

  • Edge brushes or combs

  • Any product not in its original, unused condition

We appreciate your understanding as this ensures the health and safety of all customers.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of confirmation. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or sent in error.

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless it was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured postage method, as Slayed Edges cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
