Shipping Policy — Slayed Edges

At Slayed Edges, we aim to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note: During product launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be extended slightly due to high order volumes.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address.
We currently ship via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)
Regional/Remote areas: Please allow an extra 3–5 business days
Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly stated on the website.
3. Tracking Your Order
All parcels come with a tracking number provided by Australia Post.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link in your confirmation email or by visiting the Australia Post tracking portal.
4. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
Slayed Edges is not responsible for:
Delays caused by postal or courier services
Lost or stolen parcels after successful delivery
Additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact Australia Post first. If you still need assistance, email us at slayededges26@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
5. International Shipping
At this stage, Slayed Edges only ships within Australia.
We are working on expanding our shipping options for international customers soon.
6. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can reship your order once additional postage has been paid. Refunds will not be issued for returned packages caused by customer error.
